Responsibilities

1.Conduct regular monitoring of select social media websites from various regions to identify comment trends, flag posts containing brand abuse, and mark actionable posts as opportunities for engagement
2.Analyze posts for sentiment, conversation dynamic, issue category
3.Summarize content flow into a daily report and provide top level insights on sites being monitored
4.Report findings of deep dive analysis on social media monitoring results

Qualifications

1.Any bachelor’s degree
2.Familiarity with Social Media environment (Facebook and LinkedIn) preferred
3.Strong written English-language communication skills
4.Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Office
5.Good in problem analysis and proactive
6.Radian6 social media monitoring platform and/or Radian6 Engagement Console
7.Target is 24X7 rotating shift schedule (including holidays)
