Reporting to: Business Manager
Position Objectives:
Develop customer resources; manage and coordinate business activities with agents and distributors. Ensure to achieve the sales target and margin.


Key Responsibilities:
Implement market development plan within distributed region, try the best to continuously increase market share.
Exploit new markets
Visit customers timely, build up close relationship with key accounts, and input customer information into the company customer information system seriously.
Understand customers’ requirements and satisfactory degree; give improvement suggestion about products and services.
Follow important projects closely, report and participate in important activities according to company rules, improve success rate of important projects.
Seriously implement sales price and discount rules and regulations of the division, follow the whole process from quotation, contract input, order, shipment, to collection.
Implement seriously company regulations on credit control and collection to ensure collection status within duty meets regulations.


Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, sales or business related discipline;
Over 3 years working experience on alloy wheels or tiers industry;
Excellent communication skills;
Good selling skills and selling channels, having distributors’ management experiences, hardworking and able to travel frequently;
