Responsibility
1 Project management during the entire project life cycle,responsible for managing the project towards its goal in terms of scope, time and costs.
2 Establish project plan baseline, define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities 
3 Monitor and control project progress and deliveries, and focusing on the needs and priorities of the customer.
4 Take ownership of the successful drive, monitor process of all project items that is being executed on the defined schedule.
5 Manage customer relationship, ensure project progress, arrange meetings and customer events 
6 Follow up on all customer requirements and all relevant issues of the projects and get them back in time.
7 Keep coordination smoothly between Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing.
8 Contact with the different involved parties of project to keep close watch at each of the stages of project.
9 Other tasks assigned by business leader


Qualification and Experience Requirements 
1 Bachelor science degree or equivalent in mechanical or process engineering with 3 years experience in manufacturing environment.
2 Be familiar with technical knowledge of 3C products process, especiallyc CNC，surface finish，anodizing and assembly preferred
3 Project management skills , problem solving ,Presentation and communication skills
4 Conflict management and problem solving skills, Negotiation and argumentation skills 
5 Successful record of project management preferred, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology.
6 Be able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a diverse environment with multiple and changing demands. 
7 Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8 Good communication and coordination skill with clients and sub-contractors.
9 Strong leadership within cross-functional work environment
10 Willing to travel on short notice
11 Fluent English in speaking & writing;
12 Perfect experience on MS Office
