1.为销售人员提供销售支援、工具及业务推动；协调内、外部合作畅通；参与中介渠道开拓与维护，确保分公司团意险计划的达成;
2.拓展中介市场渠道并有效管理和维护现有销售渠道以提高公司服务水准和市场有效份额；
3.基于公司的业务政策和费用权限，制定分公司业务推动方案，推动中介、交叉业务发展和销售渠道建设；
4.定期同中介机构进行良好交流和沟通，随时掌握销售中出现的问题并及时提出推动意见和建议；
5.搜集并分析潜在当地市场相关信息及需求并定期向上级做出汇报并提供业务合理化建议；
6.开拓、维护中介保险业务，组织相关产品培训及业务追踪；
7.控制及管理相关保险单证；
8.协调和协助客服部和理赔部的咨询、理赔、保全等相关工作；
9.按公司合规管理要求，做好渠道业务督促检查、管理工作，使其业务健康发展。

1.大学本科以上学历，条件优秀者可适当放宽；
2.5年以上保险从业经验，有团险销售经验或者经代公司从业经验者适度放宽；
3.深入了解个人寿险市场和中介市场，熟悉中国金融保险法规和相关法规；
4.具有较为丰富的业务和管理经验，热爱销售工作；具有良好的计划、组织能力和培训能力；
5.具有诚实、正直的个人品质，具有开朗的性格，良好的沟通能力；
6.具有优良的团队合作精神，与较强的执行能力。
7.具备英语交流能力者优先；
8.熟练使用各种常用电脑办公软件，具备较强的汉语言文学功底。
