职位描述：为途风网增加社区化功能，进行社区的策划设置与参与，社区的管理制度制定及日常运营工作。

岗位职责：
1、建设并维护社区用户关系，以及用户需求、建议的收集与反馈；
2、持续提高社区用户基数和用户粘性，保持并发展社区的良好氛围；
3、论坛版面管理，策划和组织社区活动，聚集论坛人气，调动网友积极性，带动社区活跃度，提高论坛知名度和美誉度，并提升销售；
4、组建社区论坛管理团队，与相关的旅游专家、管理人员以及兼职人员保持密切联系，并和其他业务部门有效沟通合作；
5、善于收集分析运营数据，反馈改进社区产品，推动产品功能优化；
6、上级交代的临时任务。

岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，有2年以上社区论坛管理员管理经验；
2、具备独立工作能力，熟悉网站论坛运营规律，并能够执行到位；
3、热爱论坛管理事业，责任感强，有一定的活动组织策划能力；
4、具有一定采编和写作能力，能根据推广宣传需要撰写相关软文；
5、对旅游论坛，游记，攻略，新型社交论坛等有所了解和研究的人员优先；
6、曾经担任过知名论坛的管理员、总版主的优先。
