Job Summary

Responsible for review, input and verification of invoices, analysis and clear of payable account, analyses of AP aging report. Manage fixed asets accounts to make sure the fixed assets are updated timely and correctly, ensure the fixed assets’ physical existence matcdhed with accounts.

负责发票的审核、录入及对账；分析和清理应付帐款；分析应付帐款帐龄报告，管理固定资产相关科目，保证固定资产信息及时准确地得到更新，账实相符。

Job Responsibilities

·Reviews, inputs and verifies the invoices of employee reimbursement, indirect / direct material and related expense

负责员工报销、直接和间接原材料及其相关费用的发票审核、录入及对账

·Analyses and summarize AP report timely on a monthly basis, to make payments per contract or order in time

每月及时分析并汇总应付帐款报告，确保付款的及时准确

·Reconciles with suppliers for A/P and others for O/P monthly and annually

每月与供应商和其他应付方对账，并且每年与供应商询证

·Updates the fixed assets information, including the tangible assets and intangible assets, timely and accurately, including the original value booking and the related depreciation / residual value booking, ensures major ledgers and sub-ledgers reconciled

及时准确地记录固定资产 (包括无形及有形资产) ， 包括原值，折旧及余值等。维护固定资产总账及明细账科目及时对账

·Evaluates the differences between PRC GAAP and IFRS, defines the sphere of fixed assets and establishes the fixed assets register to monitor the fixed assets

评估中外方准则差异，准确地判断固定资产分类，建立卡片监控资产

·Reviews and analyses the CIP monthly and provides related reports to ensure capitalized in time

每月检查并追踪在建工程，并提供报告给相关部门，保证资本化的及时准确

·Ensures timely and accurate special treatments on the assets including assets disposal, asset loss, transfer, adjustment, etc

确保特殊项目的处理准确及时, 包括资产处置，损失、转移、调整等

·Coordinates and leads year end physical counting; including team build-up, policy definition, execution and booking follow-up

协调并主导年末固定资产盘点，包括盘点团队组建，规则定义，执行盘点，以及相关的事后调整

·Other tasks assigned by FIN Manager

Qualification Requirements (Skills /Experience/ Education/Behavior)

1. Work related requirements

Education:

Essential

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance or a related field

本科或以上学历，会计相关专业

Working Experience:

Essential

2 -3 years working experience in MNC,including payable accounting and fixed assets accounting

2-3年制造企业应付和固定资产会计相关工作经验

Knowledge/Skills

Essential

Accounting professional qualification

会计从业资格证

SAP and various office software(Excel, Word, Outlook)

熟悉SAP及办公软件

Have knowledge of domestic accounting principles

了解国内会计准则

Good interpersonal and communication skills

良好的沟通能力

Desirable

Have knowledge of international accounting principles
