· 协助和监督承包商的日常维护和修补工作

· 服从主管的工作安排，服从公司合理的轮班工作制度

· 能随时回到岗位处理紧急事件

技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求：

· 具有高中以上学历

· 至少三年大型商业建筑相关工作经历

· 能识读建筑及结构图纸

· 能独立进行日常维护和修护工作

· 有较强的学习及动手能力

· 需轮班工作

· 具备土建专业资格证书和上岗证等相关证书者优先考虑

· 有安全管理员证者优先考虑

· 有物业公司或装饰装修公司工作经验者优先
