Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Sourcing Manager


Responsibilities:
1. Implements the purchasing strategy for his/her commodity
2. Define the saving target according to the purchasing strategy and global budget objectives for his/her commodity
3. Sourcing new suppliers in order to optimize supply base for his/her commodity,including potential supplier sourcing, RFQ, cost analysis, negotiation and contract management, sample building, PPAP and SOP following
4. Draws up and implements the sourcing action plan for his/her commodity in line with budget objectives and using all levers
5. Define and monitor suppliers' monthly quality, cost and delivery performance, financial risk analysis with relevant department, and take improvement actions if suppliers don't meet target
6. Support program sourcing for his/her commodity and achieve cost target
7. Updates sourcing states for his/her commodity
8. Handles purchasing administration affairs (changing management, supplier files, component files,etc.)
9. Reports KPI monthly for his/her commodity
10. Other works assigned by Manager


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering or mechanical major preferred
2. At least 5-year sourcing experience, automotive industry experience is required, souring experience on stamping and maching commodities is must, project sourcing experience preferred
3. Good ability to understand technical drawings, engineering background preferred,
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Result-oriented and reliable
6. Good command of English, both speaking and writing
