Responsibilities:

1. Set project plan, lead and coordinate the project progress to meet project milestone and project budget;

2. Follow company project development procedure, make sure complete the project timing, quality and financial index; maintain the long term customer relationship and build excellent company image.

3. Participate in the new project quotation, digest the new project requirements to serve the cost collection, manage the change of project range.

4. Build, follow and adjust the whole project schedule, properly allocate the job to new project development team members;

5. Fast grasp the components supplier resource, join the necessary supplier meeting for pricing and delivery/quality issue.

6. Use project management tools (issue escalation, monthly report etc), make sure primary problem be contained effectively in the initial phase.

7. Based on requirement of the project timing, implement the weekly/monthly review, join the key customer audit.

8. Summarize the project experience timely, optimize the process;

9. Study T16949/OHSAS1800/ISO14000 documentations, apply into the project management process;

10. Support program manager for internal coordination of project EP build, payment following, contract sort out, cost analysis, paperwork etc.

11. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering is preferred;

2. 3 years working experience in MNC of automotive components, seating company is preferred;

3. Knowledge of project management;

4. With extroverted and easygoing personality, is able to communicate with diversified dept members.

5. Willing to face challenging, can work under high pressure;

6. Equipped with skills of communication and negotiation.

7. Familiar with MS tools ( Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Project/Photoshop)

8. Good command of English, both speaking and writing
