1. 财务出纳
-负责公司现金、银行存款、章证等贵重物品的管理及完好；
- 负责现金、银行存款的收付及结算；
- 原始单据的审核、支出凭单的审核及登记现金及银行日记帐；
-编制现金、银行存款收支凭证、登记账薄；
-按项目编制货币资金情况报表、费用统计表；
-编制货币资金报表及其他资金报表；
-月末汇总并核对资金，编制银行调节表；
-根据公司需要，编制各项资金流动表；
-个税明细申报；各项税款的交纳；
-合同、文件的管理；
-财务性其他临时工作。
2. 行政工作
- 办公用品、饮用水及其他的购买；
- 行政办公费用的缴纳
-快递公司的联系及结算；
-办公设备的维护、检查；公司各项文档、合同管理；
-公司需要的其他各项工作事项。
3. 人事工作
- 公司内部招聘、培训、绩效考核统计、薪酬发放等执行工作、员工社保等事项的办理，按时查询对账；
-其他人事方面的工作。

任职要求：
1. 财务会计及相关专业大专学历，具备会计上岗证；
2. 1年以上出纳工作经验、 行政及人事专业工作１年以上工作经验；
3. 熟悉出纳工作流程；熟悉相关财务规章制度，有初中级财务知识；
4. 计算机操作熟练（Word、Excel等办公软件熟练使用），财务软件熟练使用；熟悉互联网的操作和应用；
5. 具有一定的文字及文书处理能力；条理性强；能胜任多任务工作，良好的统筹及协调能力；较强的学习能力，具有良好的人际沟通技巧；
6. 热爱本职工作；为人正直诚信，富有责任感，踏实稳定，严谨的工作态度，有良好的职业道德；工作认真仔细，思路清晰。
7. 单项能力优秀可适当放宽条件；
