【工作职责】
（1）完成酒店营业目标。
（2）挖掘酒店卖点，掌握市场动向，制定宣传计划， 确定目标市场，设计产品组合,选择销售渠道,制定价格政策，并检查落实。
（3）制定部门内部经营指标考核体系，激励部门员工实现经营目标。
（4）策划组织节假日促销活动、主题式活动以及淡旺季促销活动，提高酒店经济收入和声誉。
（5）亲自参与重要客户与 VVA 的接待工作，处理重要顾客投诉。
（6）参加行业展会，维持与各大旅行社、政商企客户和媒体的友好关系，并提高酒店的能见度。
（7）每周一次须对客户档案维护和使用情况进行检查。
（8）做好部门间沟通协调，无缝链接完成每一次重要接待。
（9）每周结合业务对员工进行平均两小时培训。

【任职条件】
（1）有五星级酒店同岗位经验优先。
（2）熟悉酒店前台、客房、餐饮等其它部门的操作流程。
（3）熟知酒店产品结构、服务规范和质量标准，通晓酒店产品对外销售的组合概念、促销策略和产品价格策略。
（4）熟悉本部门业务工作，掌握市场营销的技能、技巧，具有丰富的实践经验。
（5）掌握电讯及计算机应用知识，计算机系统、办公软件和网络软件熟练操作发及美术制作方面知识。
（6）具有丰富的销售理论和经验，有敏锐的市场触觉，掌握熟练的销售技巧，具备良好的组织、判断、决策、创新及应变能力。
（7）具有较强的社会活动能力，对外能建立广泛的业务网络,熟悉主要客户的基本状况，同客户保持良好关系。
（8）熟悉成都本地市场，有相关客源者优先。
