项目经理（医疗）
岗位职责：
1、建立和实施发展计划的指定区域
2、医疗市场调研及风险评估
3、医疗机构建设及运营管理
4、需要与政府部门建立良好的合作关系
5、政府关系的建立,开发及维护
6、搜集市场信息及相关行业的信息
7、开拓医疗机构领域市场
任职要求：
1、医药相关专业，本科及以上学历
2、7年以上医药销售工作经验；或7年以上医疗项目运作经验 (血液透析行业经验优先)
3、了解当地医疗机构分布情况
4、良好的沟通能力，较强的分析判断能力
5、能适应经常性出差，能承受一定的工作压力
6、有责任心,有良好的组织能力,有仔细的分析能力,能完全独立开展工作
语言要求：
流利的中文及良好的英文
Duties include:
· Create and implement a development plan for assigned territory
o Identify white space opportunities
o Further increase DaVita's presence in existing markets
o Prioritize development opportunities and manage them accordingly
· Regularly report to region executives on progress related to the development plan
o Utilize pipeline reports and deal process tracking tools
· Manage all aspects of the development process including but not limited to target identification, prospecting, relationship management, and contract negotiations
· Work closely with potential partners through the deal process, from initial discussions to letter of intent to final agreements. Ensure clarity in the eyes of the partner.
· Develop in-depth knowledge of DaVita's service offering, value proposition and competitor activity to secure new business
· Improve knowledge of DaVita's brand and service offerings in the assigned region
· Build relationships with government officials, healthcare executives and physicians in the region to promote DaVita's capabilities
· Meet or exceed established goals
· Analyze, develop, and implement new ways for DaVita to differentiate itself in the marketplace
· Participate in special projects as needed
Other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned including but not limited to:
o Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
o Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· Minimum of seven (7) years business development experience required
o Experience in healthcare (hospitals or kidney dialysis) preferred
· Development experience in China required
o Experience with government and/or public agencies preferred
· Experience and understanding of Joint Venture and acquisition transaction processes preferred
· Experience working in MNCs preferred
· Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Language skill
1.fluent in the written and verbal skills
2 English and Mandarin mandatory.
