工作职责：
（1） 严格遵守公司各项规章制度、工作流程与行为规范；
（2） 随时保持专业、亲和的仪态、语态与优雅气质，使用流利、标准的普通话与规范语言准确、快捷地提供各项专业服务，树立良好的服务形象；
（3） 负责商业分公司办公室固定资产、低值易耗品、办公用品的采购、验收、申领、保管、发放等工作；
（4） 负责办公秩序及办公卫生的检查与维护、办公桌面规范、办公区植物租摆，物业协调、保安保洁管理；
（5） 负责总经理相关辅助工作/总经理文件签批汇总等；
（6） 负责管理公司非技术资料、计算机磁盘、光盘等资料；
（7） 负责来电转接及处理，来访客人接待；
（8） 负责会议及茶水服务，协助会务接待及会务跟踪；
（9） 负责传真、邮件、包裹等处理；
（10） 负责报刊、杂志订阅及分发；
（11） 负责员工名片及工牌制作及发放；
（12） 负责新员工入职后勤准备安排；
（13） 负责通讯录维护与更新；
（14） 负责会议室预订、管理（及时更新会议室使用情况表）；
（15） 协助各部门订餐、酒店预订（传真确认）、机票预订（短信提示航班信息及接（送）机信息）；
（16） 配合部门做好员工入离职办理、考勤统计等基础人力资源工作；
（17） 协助配合、支持公司内其它各部门及关联公司的工作；
（18） 完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
任职要求：
1) 性别不限，形象气质佳，行政类大学专科及以上学历，熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件，一年以上行政岗位工作经历；
2) 熟悉行政事务工作业务流程、工作内容；
3) 具有良好的服务意识及客户导向意识；
4) 良好的写作、沟通、人际关系技能、组织、协调能力和职业操守。
5) 良好的英语口语交流能力。
