Responsibilities:

1. Prepare clients’ monthly vouchers, financial report and analysis;

2. Prepare bank reconciliation and reporting package for clients’ monthly closing;

3. Process monthly tax declaration including business tax, individual income tax, additional tax etc. for clients;

4. Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and cash flow record maintenance for clients on a timely basis;

5. Prepare financial statements including monthly balance sheet, income statement, etc. in accordance with PRC GAAP, IFRS/US GAAP and meet the reporting deadline;

6. Prepare the audit file for clients’ audit process; and

7. Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines. CPA or ACCA holder is an added advantage;

2. Working experience in related area with Big 4 or MNC is preferred;

3. Minimum 4 years experience in areas of accounting & tax; financial review, SOX, management accounting & budgeting, etc;

4. Knowledgeable in PRC GAAP, IFRS/US GAAP, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations and forex regulation;

5. Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office (excel spreadsheet), an integrated ERP System (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Dynamics or similar),etc; and

6. Good command of both written and oral English.
