岗位职责：
1、独立进行企业尽职调查；
2、评估和设计项目融资、投资方案；
3、协调金融机构、目标企业、投资客户，执行方案；
4、必要是需要产于投资目标企业的经营管理；
5、维护客户关系、开拓市场。

任职要求：
1、211大学本科以上学历，好学，在以前岗位上取得过相关的认证资格；
2、有3年以上金融、财务等相关工作经历，银行信贷、证券、企业财务、会计、审计机构等；
3、沟通能力强，能与人打交道，良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，责任心、事业心强；
4、CFA、CPA、律师资格、银行从业证、证券从业证等优先，加底薪。

Primary responsibilities:
sourcing and underwriting secondary, co-investment and direct investment opportunities.
analyzing valuations, growth prospects, and capital structures for companies in a variety of industries.
The Associate will work as an integral member of the private equity team in all aspects of our business:
sourcing investments,
managing and screening deal flow,
conducting due diligence,
monitoring existing investments,
and interacting with clients.
This work will require:
performing detailed quantitative analysis on fund portfolios and individual companies, conducting market and competitive research, analyzing valuation metrics, maintaining certain databases, drafting investment memoranda and preparing other reports and financial analyses.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
experience is not required,
outstanding oral and written communication skills,
excellent academic credentials; post-graduate degree is not a requirement,
strong financial modeling skills and ability to make thoughtful recommendations.
