Responsibilities:
1.Internal transfer sales order management: order applications, price authorization, production arrangement, production progress tracing, and goods shipment, apply to customs for import and export.
内部转移订单管理，包括：订单申请、价格审批、协调排产、生产进度跟踪、货物发运、配合进出口报关；
2.corporate sales orders：sales order management; sales order creation and clean order pool; coordinate with internal/ external teams to schedule orders in the execution window; convert sales order into production order for sales orders and other orders; liaises with customers.
集团内部订单的管理：销售定单的接收，评审核定及客户反馈。同时作为客户窗口，协调内/外部各团队（采购/生产）的进度，将销售订单及其他定单转换为内部系统订单，并与客户保持联系。
3.China DC orders management：sales order creation and clean order pool; coordinate with internal/ China Sales teams to schedule orders in the execution window; convert sales order into production order for sales orders and other orders; liaises with China Sales team
国内销售订单管理，包括：销售定单的接收，评审核定及反馈相关信息给销售部。同时作为客户窗口，协调内/外部各团队（采购/生产）的进度，将销售订单及其他定单转换为内部系统订单，并与客户保持联系。
4.Internal transfer sales order management and keep in the archives.
内部转移产品订单的管理与存档；
5.Provide support to customer weekly and monthly open order report or other related documents.
配合客户每周提供未决订单报告等相关文件；
6.Organize the Monthly S&OP meeting, provide the information for stock, shipment, and open orders.
组织月度的S&OP会议，提供相关国内销售的库存，交货，订单情况。
7.Support to production activities.
为生产部门提供其他与销售和市场活动相关的支持。
