Job Responsibilities

- To be responsible for all aspects of company compensation & benefit tasks, including payroll, social insurance, personal income tax and staff welfares;

- To work closely with the compensation team in headquarter, and help with the development, review and implementation of the bank’s compensation and benefits strategies & programs to ensure market competitiveness.

- Market compensation survey & analysis as well as competitive survey and analysis.

- To assist in the job evaluation, description and salary scale/structure development and review.

Requirements

- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefits functions, preferably in banking industry;

- Good understanding and well-versed of China Labour Law as well as HR practices in the banking industry;

- Excellent analytical skill and with high levels of integrity and professionalism, able to work independently and under high pressure;

- Detail oriented, and with pleasant personality, able to interact with people at all levels and well organized.

- Great communication skills both in English & Chinese, able to use English as working language.
