Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of accountants to deliver quality services to clients;
2. Assist in the company’s business development;
3. Liaise with clients on all important accounting related matters and ensure quality of services;
4. Training support to junior accountants;
5. Provide interpretations, analysis and recommendations to facilitate clients’ management decision making; and
6. Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Finance;
2. Professional qualification holder, preferably with CPA or ACCA qualification;
3. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in areas of accounting & tax, management accounting & budgeting, etc; 2-3 years in management position and Big 4 experience is an added advantage;
4. Strong knowledge of PRC and international accounting standards, tax laws and regulations, experience in IFRS, US GAAP, SOX and etc.;
5. Must have uncompromising integrity with excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills;
6. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
7. Passionate and positive with teamwork spirit;
8. Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, an integrated ERP System (SAP, JDE, Oracle，Dynamics or similar),etc.;
9. Excellent command of both English and Chinese; and
10. Willing to work under pressure.
