Job-Description岗位描述:

- Supplier Qualification (Powertrain) 供应商资格审核（动力系统）

· elimination of discrepancies found during the audit在审核过程中消除所发现的差异之处

· implementation and monitoring of process- and parts- optimization实施与监测过程和零部件优化

· analysis of operationsandplanningofworksequences分析操作过程和规划工作程序

· theoreticaltrainingandhands-on trainingofstaff对员工进行理论和实践培训

· planning and support in setting up workstations and establishing workflows

规划和支持建立工作区和工作流程

· preparation of test procedures and work instructions准备检测程序和工作指导说明

· selection of test criteria and measurement tools选择检测标准和测量工具

· assistance in developing a system for monitoring and tracking of relevant dates (PVS,SOP)

在开发用于监测和追踪相关日期（PVS，SOP）的系统时给予支持

Qualifications所需技能:

- University degree or equivalent qualification in subject area plastics, metal, electrical,

mechanical engineering, vehicle本科学历或相关资格证明，如塑胶、金属、电子、机械、工程学、车辆领域

- several years of experience in the automotive industry有在汽车行业数年的工作经验

- Experience in supplier management, process technologies, and project management tools in

the automotive industry有汽车行业中供应商管理、过程工艺和项目管理工具的经验

- much experience in the subject area of Powertrain丰富的动力系统领域经验

- Negotiation skills and assertiveness谈判技巧和决策力

- Chineseand Englishspoken and written良好的中英文口语与书面表达能力

- Understanding of Chinese culture了解中国文化

- strong personal commitment, teamwork, customer-oriented thinking and acting

较强的个人奉献精神、团队合作精神、以客户为中心的思维与作风

- Knowledge of MS-Office
