工作内容：
负责法国高端化妆品品牌形象及产品知识的传递，为顾客提供专业的化妆品建议和销售，达成销售目标。
主要职责：
- 负责品牌形象及产品知识的讲解，让顾客了解品牌理念和产品特点；
- 向顾客提供专业化妆品建议，包括化妆品选择、使用方法和注意事项等；
- 解答顾客关于产品的疑问，提供产品使用建议，并按照销售目标推动销售；
- 参与销售目标的制定和达成，保持敏锐的销售感知，及时调整销售策略；
- 保持良好的服务态度，对顾客和品牌保持尊重和关注；
- 遵守公司规定，维护品牌形象及公司利益。
职位要求：
- 不限工作经验，有化妆品导购或销售等相关工作经验者；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够快速建立良好的人际关系；
- 具备基本的化妆品知识，了解化妆品品牌的特点和优势；
- 具备良好的销售能力，能够独立完成销售目标；
- 具备团队合作精神和责任心，能够适应工作中的压力。
