职位描述
岗位职责：
信用控制管理：客户余额表编制，并在ERP系统审核销售订单及对应的合同等附件。
客户管理：对账支持、返款审核（包括但不限于退保证金、返利支付、客户预付款余额退还），客户主数据的维护。
销售支持：与销售团队保持密切沟通，提供业务模式或政策的解答、内部流程的指导和突发情况的财务支持。
和IT、销售支持及FSSC团队合作，参与开发项目的跟踪和反馈。
FP&A：在月结、年结及各阶段预算编制工作中，协助团队完成各项财务数据收集、整理及报表编制工作。
参与并完成其他业务支持工作。
任职资格：
专业：经济、财会、统计等相关专业本科及以上学历，学习能力强、适应性快。
经验：1-2 年从业经验者优先，具有相关岗位工作经验者优先，应届生视情况考虑。
语言要求：英语六级或以上优先，书写表达须熟练顺畅，口语需无较大障碍。
办公技能要求：须熟练操作Office各项应用，尤其excel和PPT，擅长database的数据清洗和整理。
沟通表达：具备较强的沟通能力，高效的问题识别和解决能力。有敏锐的数据维分析思维和出色的文字表达功底。
其他：主动积极、认真负责的工作态度，抗压能力强。有业务支持意识，有自我管理的能力。
