职位描述 Responsibilities

1.建立、维护和改进管理体系,包含ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001，SA8000.
Establish, maintain and improve Management System, including ISO9001/ ISO14001/ ISO45001/ SA8000.

2.在管理体系中识别、理解法律和其他要求（包括客户的要求）并推动内部的落实；
Identify, understand and implement legal and other requirements (including customer requirements).

3.策划和主导内部审核、外部审核（包含来自客户的审核）并跟踪改善措施的实施状况；
Lead internal & external audit on Management System (including the system audit from customer), follow up the action plan execution and effectiveness.

4.定期或不定期内部审核，发现和梳理目前管理体系的问题点并推动内部各部门管理体系的持续改进。Conduct continuous improvement by regular/irregular audits with internal team.

5.绿色产品管理；Green Part Management;

6.公司范围的质量管理体系培训。Company level training on Quality system and customer requirements.

任职资格 Qualifications

教育水平: 专科或以上
Education: College or Bachelor’s Degree

培训经历：ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001内审员资格证书。有ISO13495 内审员证书为佳。
有主导过3次以上制造行业内外审经验。
Training: Qualification on ISO9001:2008，ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001. ISO13495 Certification is plus. Chair the internal/external audit more than 3 times.

其他知识：SA8000,EICC, C-TPAT,ROHS.REACH等

英语要求：熟练的英语听说读写能力
English Requirement: Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

能力要求 Capacity Requirement:

1.良好的策划能力，问题发现能力和推动改善能力。
Good planning ability, Strong Leading and implementing ability.

2.较强的沟通能力, 思想开明, 愿意接受挑战和提出/实施变革。
