LTE/5G协议栈测试工程师

职位描述：

Job Description:

-制定ArrayComm RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC产品的测试方案，设计及维护测试用例；

- Develop test plan for ArrayComm RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC products, design and maintain test case;

-维护及开发RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC产品的测试框架，优化RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC产品测试流程，支持RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC产品的不同测试需求；

Maintain and develop RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC test framework. Optimize RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC test procedure, generate standard test lib, support RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC various test requirement;

-协议栈模拟测试工具的维护和优化；

-Maintain and optimize protocol stack simulator tool;

-与开发组密切合作, 协助完成系统集成及测试，解决测试用例执行过程中的问题，分析测试结果，撰写测试报告。

Closely cooperating with development team, assists in the completion of system integration and test, solve the issue from test execution, analyze test result and prepare test report.

任职要求：

Required profile:

- 本科及以上学历，通信工程，软件工程，计算机科学，电子工程等相关专业；

- Bachelor or above. Major in Telecommunication Engineering, Software Engineering,  Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or related;

- 熟悉LTE/5G协议。至少熟悉MAC/RRC/RLC/PDCP其中一种；

- Familiar with LTE/5G protocol. At least one of  RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC is required;

-至少精通以下任意一种语言：Python, C/C#/C++, matlab；

-At least proficient in one of listed test programming languages: Python, C/C#/C++, matlab;

-有LTE/5G MAC/RRC/RLC/PDCP开发经验者极力优先；

- LTE/5G MAC/RRC/RLC/PDCP development experience is a strong plus;

-做事主动积极，开朗，良好的沟通及团队合作能力；

-Self-starter and open minded. Good communication and team work skills;

-良好的英语阅读、书写能力。

-Good English reading, writing skills.
