职位描述
岗位要求：
1.制造业，家电或门窗建材行业优先，有3年以上体系质量管理相关工作经验，3年及以上售后质量工作经验，
2.熟悉质量体系ISO9001标准，能运用 QC 七大手法和五大工具 ，有内审员证书，外审员证书优先
3.良好的语言沟通能力，富有挑战精神；良好的问题解决与思考能力，理解能力及执行力佳；有良好的职业道德，良好的团队合作精神；有较强的沟通协调能力，良好的团队协作精神；良好的抗压能力，肯接受出差安排
岗位职责：1.制定客户服务的快速响应流程；
2.客户现场问题的初步分析、遏制措施的执行，向内部进行问题反馈，对问题改进后在客户现场的效果追踪；
3.IPPM 、SPPM、CPPM公司质量指标的保持；
4.通过推动持续改进活动，提高客户满意度；
5.遵守客户的有关纪律及 规程，维护公司形象和利益；
6.负责组织质量管理体系及质量控制方面的培训，建立和完善公司ISO质量管理体系；
7.负责主导对质量体系及相关文档 (法律法规、行业标准等) 的建设、更新、维护工作；
8.负责公司相关体系流程文件编写和完善，建立公司各部门的质量控制规范和流程，并监督质量控制的执行情况和效果；
9.协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果；
10.进行每月体系运营问题相关品质周、月报的制作及汇报；
11.组织和协调公司各个部门，配合第三方完成认证审核和外审活动。
