Job Responsibility:

Through professional selling activities and effective and efficient execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed territory sales targets, objectives and market shares in the assigned territories.

--Fully responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly & annual revenue targets through professional execution of sales and account management strategies.

--Responsible for the identification, retention and business development of customer relationships for customers in our key markets.

--Responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationship at all levels as well as improving customer satisfaction through understanding and supporting customers' needs and requirements together with customer support team.

--Ensure an updated customer database for analysis and decision making Fully responsible for the selling cycle from sales forecast planning and analysis, customer presentation, preparing configuration charts, quotations and proposals, to closing deals and following up with P.O./L.C. Meeting expense guidelines;

--Manage Territory in consigned area;

Qualifications:

- Good potential in handling corporate customers and competent in a highly competitive environment with fast changing business requirements You should possess an understanding in the electronics technology industries.

- You will have an advantage if you have experience or background in Electronics Test & Measurement Instruments in the areas of Wireless, RF & Microwave, Optical and Data Acquisition.

- You should have an excellent communication, persuasive, negotiating skills , organizational and presentation skills.

-Capable of working effectively in a team.

- Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Electronics Engineering and marketing or business.

It will be a real advantage if you can speak and write excellent English and Mandarin. Self-motivated, hardworking, proactive and energetic team player while able to work independently You should be a PRC Chinese National.
