职责 Responsibilities:

1.负责按照质量体系标准要求结合公司现状建立、完善公司质量体系，并负责公司质量体系的推进、实施以及对质量体系运行情况的监控。

Responsible for establishing, improving QS of the company, and responsible for pushing, implementing and monitoring implementation of QS according to the standard of QS and current situation of the company.

2.负责制定质量体系文件控制计划，及相应文档的编写、修订等工作，并督导实施。

Responsible for establishing QS document control plan and establishing, reviewing of relevant document, and monitor implementation.

3.督促和指导公司各部门贯彻执行质量体系文件，并检查其执行情况。

Monitoring and guiding various departments of the company in implementing QS documents, and check implementation situation.

4.建立和健全内外部质量信息反馈和处理系统，严格处理与质量体系标准不一致的事项。

Establish and improve internal and external Quality information feedback and treatment system, strictly treat items not conforming to QS standard.

5.定期审核的执行成效，确保质量体系的符合性、有效性、持续性。

Regular audit the effectiveness of implementation, to ensure the conformity, effectiveness and continuity of QS.

6.内审与管理评审的组织与协调，对质量体系进行监督、审核、维护，配合外审工作和客户稽核。

Organize and coordinate internal audit and management review, monitor, audit and maintain QS, cooperate external audit and customer audit.

7.定期评审质量体系文件的可行性与合理性。

Regularly review the feasibility and reasonability of QS document.

8.负责公司质量体系认证与评审的准备、协调和联络工作，并做好质量体系维护工作。

Responsible for preparation, coordination and communication related with QS certification and do well maintenance of QS.

9.组织各部门质量体系培训工作，包括阅读式培训。

Organize QS training of various departments, including training through reading.

10.通过不断实施的流程优化，持续改进公司质量体系。

Continual improve QS of the company through keeping improving process improvement.

11. 妥善处理客户的体系文件：包括填写客户审核清单、评审客户的协议，填写客户的调查问卷等等，以便：

Appropriately treating customer documents on MS, including fill in customer audit checklist, review customer agreement, fill in customer survey questionnaire and etc., so as to:

1) 保护公司的利益；protecting the benefit of the company;

2) 在内部落实适用的要求；internal addressing applicable requirements;

3) 满足客户的要求。Satisfying customer requirements.

12. 在文件控制方面 For Document control

12.1 参与体系文件的建立，如：起草、更新、评估、改进、翻译和扫描。

Participating in establishing and updating MS document, such as: creating, updating, reviewing, improving, translation and scanning.

12.2 受控发放管理体系文件   Distribute MS documents in control。

12.3 管理体系文件的控制,，如：发出文件更新通知、定期巡查各部门有无悬挂所需的体系文件等等。

Control MS documents, such as: sending notice on document updating, regularly checking if needed MS document are posted by each department.

12.4 定期组织各部门做好本部门的质量记录的控制工作（包括年度质量记录归档工作）。

Regularly organize all departments to do well quality record control work (including annual quality archiving)

12.5 管理公司重要的纸质文件（包括重要文件归档登记、归类维护、借还管理）

Manage important paper documents of the company (including archiving register of important document in paper, classify and maintain them, borrow and return management).

13.建立和维护管理体系交流板、交流簿、交流桌。

Establishing and maintaining communication board, communication book, communication desk of MS.

14.质量风险的识别、评价与控制。 Quality Risk assessment, evaluation and control.

15.质量和绿色产品相关的适用要求更新的检查和符合性评价。

Quality and GP related requirement update check and conformity evaluation.

16.组织签署项目保密协议，扫描、存档，并且组织项目保密方面的培训。

Organize signing of project confidentiality agreement, scan, and archive signed project confidentiality agreement, and organize training on project confidentiality.

17.外部实验室管理，包括：收集和跟踪外部实验室的资质和实验室范围。

Management of external lab, including collecting and monitoring the qualification and lab scope of external lab.

18.从审核发现的责任人处收集纠正措施计划，跟踪纠正措施计划的实施，收集纠正措施的证据直至纠正措施关闭。

Collecting CAPs against audit findings from owner, following up the implementation of CAPs, and collecting evidence of CAPs till closure of CAPs.

19.参与或者主导接待质量体系外审。Participating in or lead accepting QS external audit.

20.学习和本部门其他岗位的知识和技能，成为其他岗位的后援力量。

Learn and master the knowledge and skills, become the backup of other positions.

21.上级安排的其他工作。Other work assigned by superior.

任职资格 Requirement of Qualification

1.大专或者以上学历。College or above education degree.

2. 5年或以上质量体系管理经验，有生产型企业质量管理工作经验者优先。

5 or above years of work experience in quality system, quality management work experience in manufacturing company preferred.

3.精通ISO9001，熟知ISO14001/QC080000。了解IATF16949质量体系，数据过程控制，过程管理，持续改进方法等；有6sigma、精益生产项目经验者优先。

Master ISO9001, Know well about ISO14001/ QC080000. Know about IATF16949 QS, SPC, process management, continuous improvement method, work experience in projects of 6 sigma, and lean manufacturing preferred.

4.能使用英语进行听、说、读和写。Can hear, speak, read and write in English.

5.具有相关的经验，如：建立程序、工作指导书、内审、做根本原因分析和建立纠正措施计划、

跟踪纠正措施计划直到关闭，处理客户的文件（包括填写客户的审核问卷）、接待客户审核等等。

Have relevant experience: such as: establishing procedures, work instructions, internal audit, do root cause analysis and establish corrective action, follow up CA till close, treatment of customer documents. (Including: filling in customer audit questionnaires), accept customer audit, risk analysis, legal update check, compliance evaluation and etc.
