PURPOSE OF FUNCTION

To achieve an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability. To create satisfied customers in an efficient and effective way by using all media and external cooperation channels available in order to attract and encourage more customers to visit more often and buy more. This is achieved by optimizing the sales priorities using external cooperation opportunities, commercial activities and securing the right forecasts for the total IKEA offer. The main responsibilities are to ensure satisfied customers, develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA

PURPOSE OF JOB

Your goal is to establish the IKEA store as the first destination for furnishing businesses in the local market. You optimize sales and sustained profitability by cooperation with external channels and working with the store commercial team, financial and ministry of law. You should be familiar with working process both internal and special channels of outside.  You lead and implement the IKEA special channel action plan by working in collaboration with the commercial team. You do this by using your knowledge of the customers, channel, our complete range and services. And have local market retail/special channel insight.

JOB-SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES

• Have experience working of other channel and gain the business result (有现有资源者为佳)
• Familiar with some special channels working process and rules (government, bank etc.)
• Ability to make things happen by championing flexibility, speed and simplicity.
• Ability to engage your receiver and create a commitment for your goals.
• Work with a high sense of urgency.
