Job Description:

1. Achieve sales target in assigned area;

2. Develop and maintain contact industry segment customer (end user / contractor / design firms etc.) and achieve assigned ESD product sales target.

3.Coordinate the relationship between the company and dealers and make sure company’s policies and strategies are all implemented;

4. Instruct and manage dealers’ daily work. And coordinate the relationship among them when necessary;

5. Keep fluent communication and good relationship with relative construction market;

6. Take an active part in various business activities of the company with team spirit. Timely reflect the feedback and information from market and make reasonable suggestions;

7. Provide quality services to our customers and help establish a good reputation and brand image of company

Job Requirement:

1. College degree and above, preferable in Civil Engineering & Construction Engineering1.;

    

2. More than 6 years sales work experience, at least 3 years' experience in industry segment sales.

    

3. Good communication skills to different people

    

4. Good self-management, interpersonal and communication skills

    

5. Work well under pressure and able to handle various tasks simultaneously

    

6. Better to have related dealer network development and management experience.
