工作任务：

1.过程质量监控，确保符合客户需求。Monitor the process quality and make sure the product satisfied with the customer requirement.

2.客户沟通、投诉处理和客户关系维护。Customer communication、complaint deal with and relationship maintenance.

3.质量周报、月报；部门内部勤杂工作。Weekly and monthly quality reports;The department assistant work.

4.   过程质量监控，确保符合客户需求。Monitor the process quality and make sure the product accord with the customer requirement. 

5. 过程质量监控，降低过程PPM，组织改善会议并跟踪。Process quality control, reduce the process of PPM and organizational improvement meeting and follow up. 

6.过程质量监控并且针对异常快速反应。Process quality control and problems quick response. 

7.编制过程质量控制文件、作业指导书，检验指导书，表单记录等。Writing the process control quality files 、 record form and so on. 

8.不合格品处理并跟踪改善行动措施。Non-conforming parts dealing with and following up the improvement actions. 

9.客户沟通、投诉处理和客户关系维护。Customer communication 、 complaint deal with and relationship maintenance. 

10.完成客户投诉8D报告及改善措施跟踪。Complete the 8D report and following up the actions that customer claimed. 

11.对所管理的人员进行指导和培训，确保有能力胜任工作，确保操作者关于产品、POKA YOKE验证都经过培训并且掌握。provide guidance and training for the managed personnel to ensure that they are competent for the work, and ensure that the operators have been trained and mastered about the products and Poka Yoke verification. 

12.周报、月报；质量看板，部门内部勤杂工作。Weekly and monthly quality  reports;The department assistant work.

13.按时收集并完成质量、工业dashboard 数据 。Collect and complete the quality  & industry dashboard data on time. 

14.负责产品审核，过程审核，跟踪并确保关闭问题点；协助应对 CCC审核，客户年度审核等体系审核。responsible for product audit, process audit, tracking and ensuring closure of problem points; response to CCC audit, customer annual audit and other system audit. 

15.领导交办的其他事项。Other things than leader requierment. 

16.学习并熟悉制造过程，了解产品工艺，了解并熟悉模具，检具，量具状态。learn and be familiar with manufacturing process, product process, mold, inspection tool and measuring tool status.

17.学习并掌握客户标准（实验标准，产品标准，VDA6.3,Formal-Q）。learn and master customer standards (experimental standards, product standards). 

18.负责日常实验室管理，能培训并指导他人使用检测设备。Laboratory management, can train and guide others to use testing equipment. 

任职资格：

1.Strong communication skills.良好的沟通技巧。

2.APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA 、SPC.五大工具。

3.Familiar with quality tools(5why/8D/FTA and so on).熟悉品质管理工具（5WHY、8D、FTA等）。

4.Over 2 years quality management experience in automotive industry.两年以上汽车行业质量管理经验。

5.adapt to business trip frequently，adapt to overtime.能适应出差，适应加班，主动积极。

6.Can make the tools tube products analysis, handle problems, with customers to establish good relationship with service.能使用品管工具分析、处理问题，与客户建立良好的服务关系。
