Duties & Responsibilities 工作职责:

Financial Analysis & Reporting 财务分析与报告

· To be responsible to Financial analysis and the integrity & accuracy of reporting

对财务分析和报告的完整性和准确性负责

Budgeting 预算

· To be responsible to annual budget and the management of contingencies and forward planning

负责年度预算和突发事件的管理和前瞻规划

· To oversee training for budget holders to ensure competent budget management

监督对预算负责人的培训，确保其有能力进行预算管理

Accounting 账务处理

· To supervise general accounting

监督总账

· To develop and oversee the compliance of local financial policies

制定并监督当地财务政策的执行情况

· To approve payments and payroll

批准付款和工资事宜

· To manage asset management system

负责资产管理系统的管理

Internal Audit & Control 内部审计和控制

· To support the internal audit of the compliance, highlight and recommend any remedial steps

支持合规的内部审计，针对可能需要的补救措施提出合理建议

Tax Compliance 税务执行

· To ensure compliance with tax regulations

确保遵守税务法规

Cash Flow Management 现金流管理

· To coordinate cash flow management plan

Billing and Collections 账单和收款

· To develop and oversee the implementation of local billing & collection policy, process, cycle/schedule and fee recommendations

制定和监督当地账单和收款政策、流程、周期/时间表和费用建议

Any other duties at such times and such placed as School may reasonably require.

Skills 任职要求:

• Proficient in Mandarin and English
• 中英双语
• Formal qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent professional qualification
• 专业的资格证书或同等专业资格证书
• Current CPA
• 会计师
• Minimum 8 years’ of experience in finance management
• 8年以上财务管理经验
• MNC experience preferred, experience of working in an education context preferred
• 国公司及教育行业工作经验者优先
• Exceptional leadership, communications and interpersonal skills
• 优秀的领导、沟通和人际关系处理技能
• Good judgement
• 的判断力
• Ability to multi-task and manage the delegation of work
• 同时处理多项任务并管理工作的分配
• Strong knowledge of PRC tax and state administrative regulations, banking laws
