Job Description

1. Primarily responsible for technical supporting for local customers and promotion sales locally;

2. Supporting to develop new customer and maintaining the old customer; visiting customer regularly;

3. Giving the full solutions for solving customer problem and doing the trials with customer base the recommendations.

4. Dealing with the customer complaints as soon as receiving; work together with other colleague on customer complaints.

5. Finishing the visit reports and technical reports on time; Translation work of some technical information, technical/Trials reports or technical articles;

6. Supporting the new products developing in the local marketing;

7. Supporting marketing promotions: technical seminar, or local technical meetings;

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Working Experiences: over 5 years of working experience in Cast Iron industry on technical area with Bachelor degree, or over 3 years working experience with Master degree.

2. Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Foundry or Metallurgy, having abundant knowledge in foundry;

3. Skills (Language/Computer): Can communicate in English, good at Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word;

Personalities: responsible, team-work, integrity, outgoing, result-oriented

Possible Location: home base in Shaanxi/Shanxi,/Chongqing/Sichuan/Ningxia
