We have 100 people working in our projects and 2 offices.

Position Summary: 职位概述

The Marketing Officer will promote the existing work to mobilize social support for existing and future projects in the areas of village and community development, preschool education for vulnerable children, environmental protection, prevention and care of infectious diseases, and other poverty alleviation projects. The Marketing Officer will seek possible partners, engage prospects, mobilize resources and assist in developing design of development programs.

市场营销主管将推动现有项目的发展，同时动员更多的社会资源来支持农村和社区发展、弱势儿童学前教育、环境保护、传染病预防和控制等其他扶贫项目目前及未来的发展。同时，市场营销主管还将寻找可能的合作伙伴，吸引潜在客户，调动资源、并协助制定项目发展计划的设计。

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Online and other research and identification of potential partners.

  完成潜在合作伙伴的在线调研和识别工作。

• Arrange and hold meetings with prospects and present rural development needs and HPP solutions

  安排、组织与潜在客户的会议，并向其介绍农村发展的需求及机构的解决方案。

• Develop and cultivate relationships with potential and existing partners through participation in public events, networking in conferences and workshops, liaising through telephone and email, internet research, face to face meetings and reporting

  通过参与公共活动，在会议和研讨会上建立关系网。后期采取电话和电子邮件、在线调研、面谈等方式进行沟通和联系，与潜在合作伙伴建立合作关系并维护好关系。

• Prepare, design and write grant proposals to foundations, corporations and individuals.

  撰写捐款申请书，并向基金会、公司及个人提交。

• Arrange and hold promotional meetings and presentations in- and outside of Kunming

  在昆明市内外安排和组织项目介绍及宣讲会议。

• Participate in writing promotional Weixin articles, brochures, etc

  参与微信推广文章和宣传等推文的撰写。

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor.

  履行领导分配的其他相关职责。

  Some domestic travel and/or weekend/evening hours required 国内出差，如有需要，周末或晚上需加班。

Skills and Knowledge Requirements: 技能和知识要求

• A passion to change the world and lead in building a harmonious society.

• Experience in mobilizing, public speaking, marketing, fundraising preferred

具有动员、公共讲演、市场营销和筹资经验者优先。

Minimum Qualifications:

基本要求：

1. College degree and 10 years experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

   具备大专及以上学历，10年工作经验，同等学历及同类工作经验亦可。

2. Successful track record in sales, marketing, public relation or business development

   在销售、市场营销、公共关系或业务发展方面拥有成功的经验。

3. Must possess a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.

   熟练使用Word、Excel、Outlook、Powerpoint等各种常用的办公软件。

4. Strong interest in world affairs and clear commitment to the aims and values of HPP;

   对全球性议题及国际事务感兴趣，认同互满爱的愿景和工作价值。

5. Strong organizational skills and marketing sense, independent, creative, team-layer and ability to work under pressure and drive to reach targets;

   具备较强的组织能力和敏锐的市场洞察能力，具备独立性、创造性、团队合作能力，及抗压能力。

互满爱人与人国际组织（HPP）是一个国际非政府组织，机构注册于瑞士日内瓦，执行总部位于津巴布韦，由来自4大洲32个国家成员组织组成，目前在45个国家开展项目，致力于国际合作发展，把团结的人道主义精神视为寻求国际发展努力的基础。成员组织目前在不同社会发展领域内（如教育、扶贫、农村发展、疾病防治等）开展了600多个项目，受益人群达1350多万。在中国，互满爱人与人组织在2005年6月24日与云南省扶贫办签订合作协议成立了“云南省互满爱合作项目办公室”实施综合扶贫项目，2017年3月在云南省公安厅、9月7日在四川省公安厅登记成立“互满爱人与人国际运动联合会（瑞士）云南代表处”开展农村社区综合发展、农村幼儿教育、农村健康卫生、农村环境保护、农村疾病防治、济困救灾、农村科技、农村社会福利和社会工作。
