世豪广场高新店即将引进各大美妆日化品牌，该岗位主要对接此类品牌的日常工作，有百货公司化妆品品类管理经验者优先考虑；

任职要求：

1、 年龄40岁以内，大专以上学历，形象气质佳，有三年以上百货商场或购物中心同等职位工作经历，具有自营化妆品运营管理工作经验优先考虑；

2、具备高度的工作热情和团队合作精神，有较强的工作责任感；

3、具备良好的分析、营销推广能力和良好的沟通、协调组织、谈判能力及团队管理能力。

岗位职责：

1、根据公司安排及本卖场实际情况，制定、实施各项工作计划，贯彻执行公司各项规章制度，维护本卖场的正常经营秩序。

2、负责公司下达的各项考核指标的分解、落实和完成。

3、维护与供应商的工作关系，随时随季做好商品销售、调配和货源跟进。

4、组织市场调研、收集市场信息和合理化建议，对本部门的经营管理工作提出改进意见。

5、落实公司大型促销活动，负责本部门各品牌的促销活动。
