JOB PURPOSE:岗位职责

  

 

  

 SCOPE:工作内容

  

1、日常财务核算会计凭证出纳税务工作的审核；

  

Reviewing daily financial accounting, accounting voucher, teller, and taxation.

  

2 、组织制定、完善公司财务制度和操作指导，确保各项财务活动符合国家会计准则要求；

  

Draft and review financial policy and guideline to ensure all finance activities in line with national accounting principle.

  

3、审核公司财务报表核对关联往来，合并报表并进行财务分析；

  

Reviewing corporate financial statements, checking the accounts for the transactions with interested parties, consolidating statements and performing a financial analysis;

  

4、组织业务学习培训和会计岗位技能训练；

  

Organizing vocational study, training and skill practice of accounting position;

  

5、依据费用管理规定，合理控制费用支出；

  

Controlling expenditure rationally according to the regulation of expense management;

  

6 、定期组织检查会计政策执行情况，严控操作风险，解决存在问题；

  

Regularly checking the implementation status of accounting policy, strictly controlling operation risk and solving existing problems;

  

7、协调对外审计，提供所需财会资料

  

Coordinating external audit and providing accounting documents needed;

  

8、负责公司固定资产管理，定期组织固定资产盘点工作。

  

Being responsible for managing fixed asset of company and regularly making an inventory of fixed asset.

  

9、完成预决算工作。

  

Completing budget and final settlement;

  

10、完成上级主管交办的其他工作。

  

 

  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:任职资格/录用条件

  

 Education And Experience教育及经验:

  

 

  

1、财务专业本科学历，有5年以上相关工作经验。

  

Bachelor degree in finance and 5 years or more relevant experience;

  

 

  

2、有制造行业从业经验优先。

  

Those with experience in manufacturing are preferred.

  

 

  

 

  

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:知识，技能及能力

    

1、熟练操作电脑和ERP软件。

  

Being skilled in operating computer and EPR software;

  

2、熟悉工商税务等机关工作程序。

  

Being familiar with working procedures of industry and commerce organ and tax authority;

  

3、有财务制度建立或完善能力，有投资分析和管理能力，有税务筹划能力，有资金调度能力，有成本控制和财务分析能力。

  

Being capable of establishing or improving financial system and having abilities in investment analysis, management, tax planning, fund procurement, cost control and financial analysis

  

4、具有团队精神和较强的沟通能力。

  

Having team spirit and strong communication ability;

  

5、为人诚实正直有责任心，能承受工作压力。

  

Being honest, upright, responsible and able to bear work pressure

6、具备英语听说读写能力。

Having skills of listening，speaking,reading and writing in English.
