1、中专以上学历，相关工作经验3年以上

2、熟悉注塑机各种性能和结构，尤其是东芝和住友设备，熟练操作KM或恩格尔双色注塑机优先。

3、熟悉常用模具结构，了解模具的各种要求

4、熟悉常用塑胶材料性能，能针对不同材料制定不同的测试工艺

5、能使用热流道，温控器等辅助设备，有电脑、打印机产品开发经验以及TPE/TPU材料使用经验为佳

6、有一定的设备维护能力

7、熟练使用办公软件，能适应加班
