Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Required retailing experience on Imported Food and international trade

- Knowledge on national standardization, related legislation

- Strategic OB & direct import development focus on differentiation & competitiveness

- Direct Import New Project launching and import process management with PCM & PCS, SCM, QA, Metro Global Sourcing

- Direct Import value chain Optimization

- Manage all packaging design for new OB development & re-launch products, in-line with the design manual defined by MCCI COBM

- Design agency collaboration & management, make sure all new launch milestones are well scheduled

- Developing with right benchmarks (both internal & external)

- Appropriate marketing & promotion activities for OB & Direct Import new launches & post on shelf maintenance, with right marketing tools including METRO mail, digital marketing channels, in-store promotion/tasting, merchandising & product knowledge training

- Work with QA together for strong quality commitment, in respect of tasting, factory audit and lab tests.

- Routine OB and Import
sales tracking in terms per BD/per store / per brand / per customer
segmentation

Qualifications:

Education:

l Excellent English communication skills

l International Trade

l Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations as well as marketing)

l Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement.

l Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

l Communication skills (written and oral)

l Good knowledge of MS Office

l Good presentation skills

l Team orientation

l Ability to work with data and statistics, good PowerPoint skills and work close with cross functional teams
