技能要求：

质量管理

质检班长：

　　1.领导车间检验员,把好产品质量关,认真做好产品质量的检验工作；

　　2. 配合车间文明生产，严格执行工艺标准，并对检验员的工作质量进行监督、抽查；   把好材料入库关、过程检验关和产品出厂关；

　　3.监督、检查全线产品的状态标识及不合格品的隔离工作，及时处理生产中的质量事故，对重大质量事故采取措施后，应对结果进行跟踪，同时应参与新产品试制和鉴定工作；

　　4.做好质量记录和小组质量管理工作，同时在生产中严格执行检查工艺和相关标准；   负责本组计量器具的管理、维护和正确使用。

　　5.应负责对检验和试验状态不明的产品重新进行检验并确认后重新标识。

任职条件：

1. 2年以上的钣金行业质检岗位工作经验，有管理经验者优先。
2. 熟悉基本的办公软件。
3. 具备较强的责任心、判断与执行能力、人际沟通协调能力。
