岗位职责
行政：
1、专业人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务
2、协助集团上线项目的前期数据汇总、统计及录入工作。
3、协助集团成员报销流程的单据审核及流程指导
4、协助处理外籍人士管理日常租赁、签证等事宜
5、协助组织企业文化建设工作，包括公司庆典、年会安排、会务组织、文体活动安排等
人事：
1、 维护、拓展公司招聘渠道，更新招聘信息 ；
2、 根据JD筛选、推荐简历，协调面试官、候选人沟通 ；
4、 参与人力资源相关（内部推荐、员工关系、培训、绩效、校园招聘等）的工作；
5、其他_上级交代的工作。
任职资格
1.人力资源管理、英语相关专业2020年应届毕业生可踊跃投递；
2.1-2年人事工作经验或猎头从业经验者优先；
