2. 制定项目计划，管理和监控项目的范围、进度、成本、质量，保证项目目标的达成。

3. 管理和监控项目进度和预算执行情况，跟踪计划与项目范围变更。

4. 组织项目日常会议，发布项目日常报告。

5. 负责成本及报价，每月汇总各项目营收状况，协助厂端季度cost down。

6. 领导项目组快速分析和解决项目执行中的各种问题，及时上报重大待解决问题，提出问题，分析和解决预案。

7. 与客人建立良好关系，拿到新项目信息。

8. 量产出货及跟踪MPS VS下游FCST每周汇总，监控厂内项目库存状况，降低库存呆滞风险。

9. 项目量产其他资源协调与准备，保证项目顺利爬坡。

10. 具高度责任感，诚信正直、积极主动、工作细致、有耐心，优秀的沟通协调能力，配合度高，处事灵活，能适应弹性加班。

11. 其他：完成上级交办的其他工作。

12. CM厂日常协调项目中遇到的商务及交付有关事宜。

工作经验：3年以上与消费类电子产品客户的销售或客户相关工作经验。***有模切经验，但非必要。

Work Experience: At least 3 years working experience in sales or customer facing related work with consumer electronics customers. Die-cut experience is preferred but not required.

知识：商务、贸易、面向客户的知识，***有模切或工业相关知识，如材料和工艺等。

Knowledge: Business, trading and customer facing knowledge, better to have die cut or related industry knowledge, like material and engineering, etc.

能力要求Capacity Requirement:

2. 良好的商业意识

Familiar with standard business acronym (international & domestic payment terms, Incoterms...etc)

3. 良好的沟通能力。可以和不同类型的同事一起工作

Good communication skill. Can work with different kind of colleagues.

4. 有原材料加工和模切经验优先

Experiences in die-cut/ film material would be an advantage.

5. 有客户关系管理经验者优先

Experiences in working with contract manufactures would be an advantage.

6.有PMP 经验者优先

PMP certificate is preferred.

7.精通英语听说读写

Excellent in both oral and written.
