技能要求：

辅料采购，库存管理，物资采购，原料采购

1) Require sample according to EPM/PM/AM and confirm ETA .

2) Request for quote and print on time into the Green file.

3) PO related things, create/approve/confirm PO, chasing on PO status, and feedback ETA to PMC/EPM.

4) Create vendor account, create PN, each new material and new suppler need to create account/PN in ERP.

5) Update FC from CSRs, base on the latest FCST do long term rolling material pull in plan.

6) support CSR/PM on meeting other customer requirements.

7) Collect the related data for analysis.

8) NG RM returning/replacement handing.

9) Check all account statement from suppliers & apply for payment and make the record.

10) Coordinate other department to manage the stock risk of raw material.

11) Co-work with Custom & logistic department on importing issues.

12) Material inventory summary, analysis and control.

13) Organize supplier & internal technical exchange meeting, summarize/update the MR shenzhen material list.

14) Cost down.

15) Do monthly/annual supplier performance review and collect KPI data.

16) environmental documemts update & SER related responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education: College degree or above.

Professional: International trade or related professional.

Training: Purchasing process training.

Work Experience: At least 5 years of purchase, customer service experience.

Knowledge:

English Requirement: Proficient in reading and writing, able to understand, simple oral communication.

Capacity Requirement:

1. Sound knowledge in material.

2. Good skill in vendor’s evaluation and price negotiation.

3. Good communication skill and team player.

4. Responsible, careful, hard-working.
