职位描述

·     Managing the EHS part of OPS according to the company strategy and legal guidelines

o    Ensuring, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, update, review and audit of the Company HSE Systems

o    Evaluating the workplace environment, conducting risk assessments to detect potential hazards and develop safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees and plan precautionary measures

o    Evaluating the work processes, conducting risk assessments to detect environmental potential hazards and develop environment-management policies that identify and define the environmental responsibilities of all employees and plan precautionary measures

o    Reviewing, updating and monitoring the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and providing for their updating in compliance with local, state, and international rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

o    Advising Head of OPS on safety compliance concerns and preventative actions.

o    Developing, implementing, assessing and upgrading organizational safety programs to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures and to assist in the achievement of profitability/productivity requirements.

o    Performing safety surveys, inspections and EHS internal audit, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures where indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.

o    Maintaining safety files and records

o    Maintaining environmental reports

o    Assisting the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.

o    Providing technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.

o    Carrying out safety audits on Sub-contractors.

o    Liaising between Clients on safety related issues.

o    Assisting department heads and administrators in enforcing safety regulations and codes.

o    preparing monthly reports and makes presentations to senior administrators

o    Keeping abreast of developments in document management by reviewing current literature, talking with colleagues, participating in educational programs, attending meetings or workshops, or participating in professional organizations or conferences

o     Investigating workplace incidents

o    Ensuring that workplace, tools and equipment meet industry standards and installed properly, as defined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

o    Conducting post-accident investigation, carrying out analysis of accident and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company personnel and senior management.

o    Carrying out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.

       Acting as a functional interface between OPS department and all departments in respective branches and the region

  • Establishing communication flows with operational teams at different level (sites, BU, regions)
  • Gathering feedback about standards and quality issues

      Maintaining good relationship with all team members, other departments and customer and being a part of OPS team spirit

o    Maintaining customer confidence and protects operation by keeping information confidential

o    act as a functional interface between OPS department and all department in respective branch, region

o    Positively promote OPS department to all Aden group

     Perform any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as assigned/required

任职要求:

  • Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
  • Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation, HSE Auditing Techniques, ISO 22000, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001.
  • Working knowledge of computer skills in windows, Microsoft Office and EHS software.
