高级室内设计师
1、室内设计、环境、建筑学或相关专业本科或以上学历；
2、8年以上室内空间设计工作经验，熟悉从设计到施工的全过程，具有优秀的沟通协调能力，个性成熟，具有优秀的领导才能,手绘能力强，有相关成功案例； 3、熟练掌握室内空间设计规划技巧，有较好的艺术修养及艺术鉴赏力，熟悉各种空间类型及使用功能；
4、具有比较好的语言表达能力及书面写作能力，具备良好的美学修养和团队协作精神，沟通能力强，有较强的独立开展设计工作的能力，具备强烈的责任心和职业素养；
5、能够独立完成方案和施工图设计，有创新精神，有一定的施工现场配合能力及提案能力，熟悉各类装饰材料，熟悉相关操作流程；
6、具有很好的设计管理能力，能带领独立的设计小组进行高效率的工作；
7、熟悉目前国内外装饰行业的发展和流行的装饰做法，具有先进的设计理念和成功的设计作品；
8、熟悉室内建筑专业设计规范和相关设计标准；
9、具备良好的英文读写和沟通能力者优先。
Senior Interior Designer
1. Majoring in Interior Design, Environment， Architecture or relevant disciplines with a bachelor degree or above;
2. With over 8 years'experience in interior design, capable of doing with the whole process from design to construction; showing excellent communication skill and mature characteristics; of outstanding talent in leadership and hand drawing ability in relevant successful cases;
3. Competent in planning skills of interior design, familiar with various space types and its utilization functions with favorable artistic accomplishments and taste;
4. With favorable language expression ability and writing skills as well as team spirit; competent in independent work and design with strong sense of responsibility and professional qualities;
5. Capable of completion of scheme and construction design with creative spirit; with a certain ability of coordination and proposal on construction site; and familiar with various decorative materials and relevant operation procedure;
6. Capable of leading a team to conduct high-efficient work with favorable design and management ability;
7. Familiar with the current development of decoration industry and the popular decoration practices; equipped with advanced design concept and successful works;
8. Familiar with the relevant architectural design codes and standards;
9. Priority giving to those who are capable of En
