Researcher

Main responsibilities:

1.Study job descriptions and industries of clients and plan follow-up search strategies

2. Approach potential candidates in a variety of ways; Maintain our talent database regularly

3. Gather related information of potential candidates through cold calls, making background checks according to clients’ profiles

4.You will be responsible for the first round interview with experts in their field gathering to collect market, competitor and stakeholder evidence

5.Capable of sending eligible candidates to the line manager before deadlines

6.Assist your line manager to fulfill related assignments. 

Requirements:

1.Education level needs to be a Bachelor‘s degree or above; all majors accepted.  Also having passed CET-6 is an added bonus. 

2.We prefer that you are competent and fluent in English, can communicate with clear and rational thoughts, and can initiate and maintain positive professional relationships with who you work with.

3.You need to be someone who works well as part of a team and shows team spirit. 

4.The job is results oriented and you need to be able to meet set quotas.  Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure while also holding a strong sense of personal career development is paramount.

5.Someone who has a desire to learn, be passionate and work to understand the headhunting industry and our company’s place in the industry.  

6.Someone who studies job descriptions and industries of clients and plans follow-up search strategies.

7.Someone with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

8.Fresh-graduates are considered.

您的角色：

1.协助顾问调查职位相关行业、市场和客户的信息，分析并确定搜索方案，参与理解客户的职位定位要求, 并完成其他相关工作；

2.利用公司资源、网络、通过各种渠道筛选、搜集候选人简历；完善候选人信息，进而辅助搭建，管理和维护公司人才数据库；

3.通过cold call拜访获取目标人选的信息，了解并追踪目标候选者的职业动态及联系方式；

4.电话沟通确定合适的目标候选者，完成对候选人的电话初试。并根据客户需要进行背景调查服务；

5.按照顾问要求，在规定时间内提交符合要求的候选人；

 

我们希望您：

1.统招本科及以上学历，专业不限，英语大学6级。英语听说读写能力良好者优先；

2.逻辑思维能力清晰；良好的沟通技巧，以及人际交往能力；

3.熟悉人才搜索流程优先，有人力资源、招聘、人才搜索相关工作（实习）经验优先；

4.以结果为导向,独立工作；同时具备良好的团队意识和团队合作精神；

5.学习能力强，对人力资源猎头咨询行业充满热情与好奇；有一定的抗压能力，并且对个人职业规划有清晰方向；

6. Office 软件与工具应用熟练；
