Main Responsibilities

    

Under this title AFRY-Advanced Manufacturing BA recognize the engineer shall be able to deliver high quality results in the following scope of job:

1. 支持和机器人有的关项目前期技术准备及交流，提供涉及机器人项目的方案建议和技术答疑 Support the preliminary technical preparation and communication of robot-related projects, and provide program suggestions and technical questions related to robot projects
2. 支持包含机械人的非标自动化系统的前期方案规划，并配合完成预算性报价 Support the preliminary plan planning of non-standard automation systems including robot, and cooperate to complete budget quotations;
3. 协助团队与客户进行机器人系统最终技术确认，与项目负责人进行机电交互，与采购、生产制造进行协调Asist the team to confirm the final technology of the robot system with the customer, conduct electromechanical interaction with the project leader, and coordinate with the procurement and manufacturing
4. 负责机器人调试相关技术的开发和研究Responsible for robot commissioning related technology development and research
5. 负责研究客户标准和机器人应用Responsible for researching the customer standard & robot applications
6. 在自动化产品线中执行机器人编程和调试；并协助对用户的技术服务和技术咨询工作Execute robot programming and commissioning in automation product line，
7. 与团队合作解决现场发现的问题；提高机器人调试效率，降低调试风险Cooperate with team to resolve problems found on site ；Increase the efficiency of robot commissioning, decrease the commissioning risky
8. 设置并持续优化和机器人相关的工艺参数Set and continuously optimize the process parameters related to the robot
9. 为客户提供有关日常操作，维护和简单故障排除的机器人培训 Provide the customers robots training, in terms of regular operation, maintenance and simple troubleshooting;
10. 执行现场工艺陪产Execute the standby of process on site.

Qualifications：

1. 机械工程学士学位或类似专业Bachelor’s degree of mechanical engineering or similar majority
2. 3-5年的自动化行业或汽车制造公司工作经验5 years’ experience in automation industry or car manufacturing company
3. 熟练应用办公软件Good skill of Office software拥有ABB/KUKA/FANUC机器人高级知识，硬件结构和编程语言 Senior robotics knowledge, hardware structure and programming language for ABB/KUKA/FANUC
4. 熟悉机器人关键过程的应用Know well for the robot application of the key process
5. 了解机器人控制系统，熟悉机器人周边设备及与周边设备的连接调试工作Understand the robot control system, and be familiar with the equipment next to the robot and the connection and debugging work with the next equipment;
6. ***具有车身焊接生产线或动力总成项目经验或安装调试经验Must to have experience in project or installation and debugging of car body welding production lines or powertrain production lines
7. 英语具备技术交流能力English speaker capable for technical communication
8. 和同事、供应商及客户保持良好关系的能力working skill with colleagues, suppliers and customers
9. 积极主动，且富有团队精神Proactive and team-player
10. 可经常出差Travel availability
