In this role, you will…

1.Follow Align Technology’s internal rules and government regulations to establish, maintain and update environment, health and safety policies in Treat, and coordinate all the functions to keep the work environment continually improving.

2.Lead facility management incl. purchase, maintenance of office record, furniture and equipment, take responsible to build the normative facility management process in Treat.

3.Lead the office expansion project, including building selection, commercial negotiation, decoration and other logistics arrangement.

4.Oversee general office management in line with policies and procedures as defined by the company.

5.Office budget management; conduct cost analysis and vendor sourcing and negotiation.

6.Work closely with Align supply team to establish supplier management process in Treat. Manage the offices supplies inventory and equipment, lead team to liaise with suppliers.

7.Manage local purchasing and negotiation of outside services ensuring high quality and best cost-effective options.

8.Other duties may be assigned.

In this role, you’ll need …

Working Experience:

1.5-10 Years office management/EHS/Facility working experience a plus in a medical device customer-based environment with 3 years office management experience.

2.Strong communication skills with various departments vertically and same functions horizontally.

3.Comprehensive knowledge of EHS, facility management, sourcing and vendor management.

4.Education Background: A college degree, Bachelor’s degree preferable.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

1.Chinese native, good English.

2.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

COMPUTER SKILL:

1.Familiarity with Windows environment.  Ability to learn software applications quickly.
