Responsibilities:  

• Ensure daily tasks are completed in accordance with policies/procedures.

• Ensure monthly balance sheet reconciliation and RICC are performed on time with required documentations and ensure the ageing items are timely monitored with related parties.

• Ensure monitoring report timely follow up and achieve report requirement.

• Timely provide proper explanations for financial figure and reporting.

• Execute global policies, control procedures and local compliance requirements.

• Regularly review working procedures, smooth implementation of guidelines and policies.

• Assist team leader for the ad-hoc tasks and propose any opportunity of process optimization by process review and automation. 

                

Requirements:  

• Accounting or Financial related major.

• High sense of responsibility and good data quality.

• Result and quality oriented with high sense of urgency.

• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Skilled use of office software, such as excel etc. 

            

Learning opportunities:  

• Deep understanding logistics industry process.

• Understanding of SAP.

• Accounting and financial analysis skills.

• Internal/external communication and negotiation skills.

• Creative problem solving skills.

• English practice opportunity.
