QA岗位职责：

1、负责团队整体操作质量的监督管控和操作流程的持续优化；

2、主导团队质量管理体系的搭建和制定；

3、对仓库货物定期组织盘点，确保仓库库存准确；

4、负责仓库日常管理，协助Leader合理安排各项工作；

5、负责SOP&WI的及时更新和培训；

6、根据日常仓库收发货工作情况，定期总结仓库主要情况及需改进方法；

7、各种case的及时调查和report;

8、制作并提交客户和公司各部门要求的工作报告，与客户做好及时沟通；

9、定期/不定期组织员工进行培训，加强和提高员工操作质量和服务意识；

10、负责公司安全等其他管理相关工作，与客户保持良好沟通；

11、根据仓库各项要求和计划，合理安排仓库内各种设施堆放；

12、其他公司或上司安排的其他临时性工作。

RM QA岗位要求：

1、三年以上工厂或物流行业仓库QA工作经验（must）；

2、本科以上学历，***；

3、良好的英语口语及书写能力，大学英语四级以上证书；

4、能适应工作压力及强度较大的工作；

5、良好的组织沟通协调能力；

6、有团队管理经验者优先。

工作时间：

周一至周五8:00-5:00, 能适应和接受定期/不定期加班。
