岗位职责：
– 进行写字楼市场调研；
– 挖掘潜在写字楼租赁需求，拓展潜在客户；
– 为写字楼租赁客户提供全面的专业服务：物业选址、合同谈判及签订；
任职要求：:
– 大学本科或以上，酒店、市场营销、房地产、管理及相关专业；
– 有市场拓展相关实习经验优先；
– 较强的与客户的协调能力；
– 流利的英语和普通话的口语和书面语言能力；
– 较强的人际沟通能力，灵活性和适应能力。
