Job description:

  

1.完成协定的销售任务；

  

1. Fulfill the agreed sales target.

  

2.寻找潜在客户并转化为成交客户；

  

2. Looking for the potential leads and convent them into orders.

  

3.展厅销售业务接待，掌握销售核心流程的全过程；

  

3. Master the sales core progress and business reception in the Showroom.

  

4.帮助和监督本组内的销售顾问执行规范、达成目标；

  

4. Assist and supervise the Sales Consultants in the team with business specifications and sales performance.

  

5.建立销售业务档案，及时上报用户信息；

  

5. Archive the sales business files and hand over the customer information in time.

  

6.协助解决用户咨询与抱怨。

  

6. Assist the Sales Consultants with the customer inquiries and complaints.

  

任职资格：

  

Requirements:

  

1.大专以上学历，具有相关专业本科学历者优先；

  

1. College degree required, relevant university degree is preferred

  

2.三年以上高端汽车品牌销售经验；

  

2. At least three years' working experience in luxury car sales.

  

3.仪表端正，举止大方得体;

  

3. Good behavior, decent appearance in line with the requirements of the luxury car brand.

  

4.具有良好的语言表达能力与沟通能力；

  

4. Good presentation and communication skills.

  

5.适应力强，具备良好的抗压能力及团队协作能力；

  

5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and team-work environment under pressure.

  

6.拥有驾驶执照并具备娴熟的驾驶技能；

  6. Driver license required and good driving ability.
