岗位职责：

1.      指导及监管技工进行有计划的维护及维修工作；

2.      按照公司及国家规范要求定期指导及监督巡查维护工作；

3.      招标准备工作跟进，如：准备整改及改造工程的方案和工程量清单等；

4.      监督承包商的工作，以确保工程施工、维护保养等符合图纸及安装规范、环境、健康和安全管理的要求；

5.      审核商铺的装修方案并提供意见；

6.      参与商铺交付和接收工作；

7.      监督租户的施工现场以确保施工符合图纸、规范和装修指南；

8.      与租户的设计单位和承包商协调施工现场工作；

9.      跟进租户图纸的绘制及更新；

10.   接听紧急电话，提供紧急维护服务；

11.   完成其他相关任务和要求。

 

岗位要求：

1.       建筑环境与设备工程、供热通风与空调工程热能与动力工程等相关专业；

2.       2年以上大型建筑暖通系统设计、运营维护等相关工作经验；

3.       良好的沟通表达及协调能力；

4.       熟练使用微软办公软件和AutoCAD；

5.       有良好的中英文口语和书写能力者优先；

6.       愿意在必要时不定时工作。
